A student’s first schedule change will be processed at no charge. Any subsequent student-initiated schedule change will be assessed a non-refundable $100 administrative fee, including transfers between standard day, night, and Flex Barber schedules. This includes any schedule adjustment to or from a Flex schedule. The fee is charged only when the schedule change results in a tuition difference and is applied consistently to all applicable student requests.
This fee covers administrative processing associated with revising the student’s enrollment contract and financial aid records.
The fee applies only to Cosmetology Operator, Class A Barber, and Esthetic students.
